“Tools in the toolbox”
The right tool for the right job!

Within the International Aviation Rescue & Fire Fighting community there has been a number of personnel over the years that have developed techniques and working practices that have proved to be best practice over the years, however now that these people have moved on and retired some of these “Best Practices” are being lost to the rest of the community. Likewise the industry has moved on with technical advances in technology, Simulation and lightweight material to make the task of the Firefighter safer and more environmentally friendly.

With the help of the staff at Copenhagen Airport Denmark we are hoping to rekindle the “Tools in the Toolbox” and to also come into the 21st century. This could include Strategy - Tactics - New methods - Old methods - New foam systems - New foam types - Application of new equipment - Practices, training, ideas and new approaches within the Aviation Fire & Rescue industry. The Auditorium is on the 4th floor in the CPH Administration building. Equipped with all modern facilities and an ideal place for a International ARFF conference.

If you would like to keep abreast of what is going to assist you and your company with these “Tools in the Toolbox” you cannot miss this event.

On day 2 there will be practical demonstrations on the Fire & Rescue Dept. training facilities in the south part of the airport.
